Glass-Blower
Large bowl in blown glass by Claude Morin, a leading figure in the revival of glass art in France. From the 1970s, he worked in his Dieulefit studio, developing a personal style that combined pure forms with intense colors.
Mouth-blown in mass-tinted yellow glass with subtle bubbles, this bowl is striking for the vibrant luminosity of its tone and the simplicity of its circular line. It reflects Morin's exploration of transparency and color as poetic expressions.
Signed underneath the base: Dieulefit Morin.
