The piece features an arched form resting on a rectangular base, entirely hand-carved. Deep and rhythmic gouge marks structure the surface and animate the material, revealing a direct carving approach.
At each end, two slightly hollowed circular platforms hold the candles, balancing the visual tension of the central curve.
