Designed in the 1950s by Charlotte Perriand, these two stools belong to the Bauche n°19 model, published by Steph Simon. The solid ash structure features four rounded legs joined by stretchers, supporting a handwoven straw seat restored to its original technique.

A pure example of Perriand's vision of modern living rooted in vernacular tradition.
