Solid pine bar top, Charlotte Perriand, Les Arcs 1800, circa 1970

REF: 7527

Designed by Charlotte Perriand for the residences of Les Arcs 1800 ski resort in the 1970s, this solid pine bar top features a free-form outline with a slightly slanted edge. Originally integrated in front of kitchen areas, it was installed in several buildings including Pierra Menta and Les Lauzières.

With its simple construction and strong thickness, the top can also be reimagined as a console or desk when fitted with supports, reflecting Perriand's pursuit of adaptability and functionality in collective housing projects.
