Charlotte Perriand was a prominent French designer, who worked closely with Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret in the early 20th century. She was known for her innovative approach to furniture design and for integrating functionality, comfort, and aesthetics into her work.
The "Bloc" sideboard, here in a rare version with 4 doors, was designed specifically for the directors' flats in Cansado, Mauritania, which makes it a rare and prestigious piece of furniture.
