This rosewood-framed storage piece features three sliding doors with handles, repainted in white and black, and accommodates two storage drawers at the bottom. The structure is supported by four angled sheathed legs, and the interior is originally lacquered in green.
This sideboard is a beautiful example of André Sornay's work, one of the most influential French designers of the 20th century. His work is characterized by a blend of traditional techniques and innovative methods, along with a functionalist aesthetic that prioritizes simplicity and elegance.
