A double-armed, adjustable reading lamp designed by JJM Hoogervorst, artistic director of Anvia, Netherlands.
The slender brass structure supports two perforated lacquered metal conical shades, mounted on ball joints, allowing precise adjustment of the light. The piece stands on a circular base in red marble with white veining, known as Rouge du Languedoc.
