Emanuela Frattini Magnusson
Emanuela Frattini Magnusson (Born 1958)Born in 1958 in Italy, Emanuela Frattini Magnusson is the daughter of the famous Italian architect and designer, Gianfranco Frattini. A graduate of the Polytechnic of Milan, architecture section, she leads an illustrious career in design on her own.
She worked in the offices of Charles Pfister in London, then for the designer Tibor Kalman in New York. In 1991, it was this city she chose to establish her own firm, EFM, which operates in the fields of industrial design, architecture, interior design, graphics, and brand identity. She also regularly held position as creative director for many companies, including Knoll and as professor at prestigious universities. Her work in architecture and design has been published many times around the world.
