Rare lounge chair in dark-stained pine, distinguished by its robust wooden sections connected by cylindrical logs. These rounded elements, positioned at each end, elegantly frame the seat and enhance the backrest, both upholstered in tawny-colored faux leather. This striking combination of raw materials and warm tones perfectly reflects the functional, mountain-inspired aesthetic characteristic of the furnishings designed for Les Arcs.
This lounge chair originates from Les Arcs 1600, specifically from the Edelweiss bar, located on Place du Soleil.
The architectural design of this space was conceived by Charlotte Perriand and Bernard Taillefer in 1973, under the direction of Charlotte Perriand and Roger Godino.
